RBC reviews submissions in the month following the month in which they were sent. For example, RBC reviews July vouchers and July receipts that were sent by members in July ("Sent Month") during the next month ("Review Month"), in this case, the month of August. During the Review Month, RBC will evaluate your submission. Invalid submissions that do not follow the rules will not result in a Visa Rewards Gift Card being sent. If your submission was invalid, RBC will email you at the email address we have on record to inform you that your submission was invalid, including an explanation of the reason why it was invalid. If your submission was valid, and followed the program rules, RBC will send you one (1) twenty five dollar ($25.00) Visa Rewards Gift Card is typically sent out in the month following the Review Month.
RetailerRebate.Com is a rewards administration website. The RetailerRebate.Com certificate or electronic PIN you have received qualifies you for a monthly retail rebate reward program up to the reward value indicated on your certificate. Once you redeem your reward code, you will need to print out your monthly savings vouchers, which begin in the month following your redemption month. For each month you send in $100 or more (before taxes and after coupons are applied) in receipts from a participating store, along with the voucher from that month, we will send you a $25 Visa Rewards Gift Card or substitute reward of equal or greater value. You are eligible to repeat this in consecutive months until you've reached the full value of your reward.
RetailerRebate.Com is a retail rebate reward program. Unfortunately, that means we do not accept receipts for groceries, alcohol, cigarettes, prescriptions, phone minutes, gasoline, Visa Rewards Gift Cards, money orders, cash back, services, service plans, extended warranties, and online purchases. You can submit receipts that include these items on them, however, they will not be counted towards your total.
The businesses that are deemed as "APPROVED" retailers for this program are WalMart; K-Mart; Best Buy; Radio SHack; Office Depot; Office Max; Toys-R-Us; Home Depot; Target; Lowes; and Staples.
Yes. Many people ask us if they can send receipts from one month with a voucher for a different month, or if they miss a month, if they can just extend their vouchers for more months. Unfortunately that is not how the program works. You must send in your receipts from a particular month along with the voucher that matches that month. Your receipts must have dates printed on them, and must be original receipts.

No. Your RetailerRebate.Com Reward, and the receipts you collect, are only for shopping at our approved retailers' physical store locations. We do not accept or process online purchases or online purchase receipts.
For the RetailerRebate.Com, prohibited "grocery items" are any food or beverage items. You can check your receipt(s) for items classified as food, as most retailers will designate them. (For example, Walmart puts an "F" next to food purchases.)

Our program rules require original receipts. Unfortunately, because of fraud, we do not accept receipt copies under any circumstances. Your original receipts must clearly show (1) The name of the store from which you purchased, (2) what you purchased, (3) the date of purchase, and (4) the total and sub-total of your purchase. If any of these are unclear, your recepts will be rejected. If you would like us to return your original receipts after they have been reviewed and processed, please send RetailerRebate.Com a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your submission, along with a letter requesting return of your receipts. This letter and the self-addressed, stamped envelope must be sent with your receipts, not separately.
Yes. The amount of your RetailerRebate.Com redemption code determines how many months you can collect receipts and receive your $25 Reward Gift Cards or substitute rewards. For example, if you got a $100 RetailerRebate.Com PIN, you can redeem that for four consecutive months of four $25 Visa Rewards Gift Cards or substitute rewards each, up to your total value of $100.
