Just locate your reward code, and enter it along with the other information requested on our online registration page. NOTE: Your reward may be redeemed only once, and only by you. RBC tracks redemption activity for all Redemption Codes and all users. Multiple redemptions or giving or selling a Redemption Code to someone else will result in immediate de-activation of the code and disqualification from any further participation in this program.

• If you were not given a reward code, or lost your reward code, you'll need to contact the business that gave you your code. That is not RetailerRebate.Com. RBC is merely a rewards administration website.

• If you receive an error during the registration process, please re-check your code. Most times, it's simply a typing error.

• Your RBC Certificate/Redemption Code is not cash, it is not a gift certificate, it is not transferable, and it may not be used in any physical store or online. It is only redeemable on this website.

• Your receipts must be from an approved store.

• Your receipts must total $100 or more (before taxes and after any coupons are applied).

• Because this is a retail rebate program, excluded items will not be counted towards your total . Excluded items are groceries, alcohol, tobacco, prescriptions, phone minutes, gasoline, pre-paid/gift cards, cash back from debit purchases, money orders, services, all service plans, extended warranties, money orders, layaway payments and online purchases. (NOTE: Your receipts can include these items, but they will not be counted towards your total).

• Purchases for which you submit receipts to RetailerRebate.Com must be paid for in cash, with a check, with a bank issued debit card or credit card. Your purchases cannot be paid for with a gift card or store credit.

• Your receipts must be originals (Photocopies or scanned reciepts are not accepted). They must include the name of the store. They must be dated.

RetailerRebate.Com is a free, voluntary program. These are the rules of participation. If you feel these rules are too restrictive, you simply can opt not to send any materials in.

Make sure to review the checklist:

• TOTAL: The total of your receipts is $100 or more (before taxes and after coupons are applied).

• MONTH MATCH: All your receipts are from the same month and the month on all your receipts matches the month of your voucher.

• STORES: All your receipts are from approved stores.

• EXCLUSIONS: You understand that any receipts for groceries, gasoline, prescriptions, online purchases, cash back, gift cards, money orders, phone minutes, cigarettes, or alcohol do not count towards your total.

• ORIGINALS: You are submitting original receipts only.

• POSTMARK: You are sending in your original receipts and voucher on or before the last day of the month of your receipts and your voucher. So, for example, if you are submitting July receipts and a July voucher, your materials must be postmarked anytime in July, and in all cases, no later than July 31st.

Receipts must be sent in only with the voucher you printed. We recommend you send in your materials with some form of delivery confirmation, so that you can be sure that they arrived and when.

We collect submissions from members all over the country, process them, validate them, and then send out gift cards to qualified submissions.

Your submission will be processed in the month after you submit it. Then, Visa Rewards Gift Cardss for successful submissions are sent the following month, with delivery on or before the end of that month.
